Terms of Service
Applies to all Cash Panet members and businesses in Malawi.
1. What Cash Panet is
Cash Panet is a marketplace where businesses pay for verified digital engagement and members earn rewards for completing those tasks. It is not an investment product, savings scheme, or pyramid scheme. No return is paid for depositing money or for recruiting people alone.
2. Activation fee
Activation is a one-time service fee that covers identity checks, payout processing and support. It is not a deposit, it is not refundable once your account is activated, and it does not generate any yield.
3. Earning rewards
You earn only when a business-funded task is completed and successfully verified. Verified rewards enter your pending balance and move to your available balance after the verification period. Earnings depend on the availability of qualifying tasks and are never guaranteed.
4. Withdrawals
Withdrawals are subject to a published minimum amount and a percentage fee shown to you before you confirm. Payouts are made to the mobile money or bank account you provide. Requests may be reviewed before payment.
5. Referrals
Referral rewards are paid only once your invited member activates and completes their first verified task. No reward is paid for recruitment alone, and there are no multi-level or downline commissions.
6. Prohibited conduct
Fake accounts, bots, automated engagement, false evidence, shared logins and identity misuse are prohibited. Accounts involved in fraud may be suspended, and affected rewards may be reversed.
7. Account security
Never share your social media passwords with anyone, including Cash Panet. We only ask for public usernames and public proof of the action you completed.
8. Changes and termination
We may update fees, limits and these terms. Material changes will be communicated in the app. You may close your account at any time; verified available balances remain withdrawable subject to these terms.
